Affordic can help you with recommendations, but ultimately, the responsibility of selecting a domain name lies with you.
Please keep in mind that you should not register your domain name yourself. Affordic MUST become the initial registrant of your new domain and it MUST be purchased by Affordic. After selecting a domain name, you must connect with Affordic and provide us with the name you want to register. We will then purchase the domain on your behalf using our agency-owned Cloudflare account. We will be the initial owner and registrant of the domain. You will become the owner of the domain once you fulfill your contractual terms, but not before that point.
If you register the domain name yourself, please note that it cannot be transferred to Affordic's Cloudflare account for 60 days due to a mandatory ICANN Registrant Lock. As a result, we cannot provide services to you using that domain name. We will require you to make an alternate domain name selection so that we can provide you with the best possible service. Refusal to make an alternate selection will result in our inability to provide you the services that have been described on our website or in any contract you've signed.

After your first subscription payment is processed, we will email you a link to complete the first step of our Nexus4 process, the Source Phase. This is a proprietary and confidential form, so only paying subscribers can access it. Without exception, Affordic requires a minimum notice of 90-days for all service cancellation requests, including a request for cancellation under this quality guarantee. If at any time, prior to your site being deployed into a production environment, you are dissatisfied with the quality of work, or our performance. We will agree to terminate the Technology Agreement that you have signed under the following conditions.
You agree to pay us in full for the total number of months that we have been working on your project, without any prorations, and without any refunds.
You will pay Affordic an additional three subscription payments, in addition to any subscription payment(s) you've already paid us. The additional three subscription payments we require, in order to terminate this agreement, will satisfy the requirement for a 90-day cancellation notice.
If you cancel your account and your domain has either been recently registered or has been recently transferred to Affordic. You will be subject to ICANN's 60-day registrant lock. As such, your domain cannot be transferred away from Affordic until 60-days has lapsed. During such time, Affordic agrees to provide you with managed DNS services until the domain can be transferred away from Affordic.
There are no refunds of any kind associated with our quality guarantee.
After all of these things occur, with exception to the transfer of your domain name, due to the 60-day ICANN registrant lock. Then, Affordic will agree to terminate the Technology Agreement that you've signed.
After fulfilling all contractual obligations, Affordic will release your domain name and unlock your site, making it portable and transferable to another hosting provider. However, it is your responsibility to initiate the transfer and have another hosting provider ready to accept it. If you do not have a new hosting provider, you may choose to download your entire WordPress CMS application, including the SQL database, as a full backup.
