The current status of our client availability - whether we are actively accepting new projects or operating on a waitlist - will be clearly communicated to you after your Discovery Call with us.
If a waitlist is in place, you will have the option to join it. To secure your spot, you need to choose a plan and complete the signup process. While on the waitlist, a single subscription payment is required. This payment reserves your place in the queue and is held in escrow until we initiate your project. Importantly, you won't be billed further until we actually begin working on your project.

The promptness of clients in providing essential information significantly influences the project timeline. The extensions listed below require individual licenses be purchased directly from WooCommerce. These licensing fees are not included or bundled with our monthly plans.
These limits are strict and non-negotiable. If more resources are required, you must upgrade to a higher-tier plan to meet your needs. Depending on the extent of resource overuse, add-on options may be available.
End-To-End Web Development - Affordic does not include any custom development that exceeds the scope of what we determine to be necessary to launch your website. Custom plugins or other development work are billed on an hourly basis.
Managed Products for WooCommerce - The number of products listed under resource limits is the total number of products that Affordic will set up on your behalf. This does not represent a limit on how many total products can be added to your store.
Two (2) Managed Courses Built by Affordic - The number of courses listed is the total number of courses Affordic will build on your behalf. This does not represent a limit on how many total products can be added to your store. Client must furnish Affordic with textual and video content to build these courses.
Client-Controlled DNS Management - As a condition of our service, Affordic will not permit a client to self-host or self-manage their DNS externally from our Agency Cloudflare account. If a client requires access to their DNS, Affordic can set this up; however, the domain must be transferred to Affordic. If a client is unable to comply with this requirement, we will be unable to extend our services to the client.
Automated Sales Tax Collection Setup - Affordic will set up automated sales tax calculation using TaxJar. We are not an accounting firm and do not provide tax advice. If you require assistance in determining nexus, you must consult with a CPA.
Minimum Term Agreement - This plan requires a minimum term agreement of 24-months. This contract will be sent to you within 72-hours after signing up for this plan. This agreement must be E-Signed prior to the commencement of the project.
