We highly encourage scheduling a Discovery Call before signing up for any WaaS Plan. However, should you prefer an immediate signup. We're happy to accommodate this. In such cases, we hold your initial subscription payment in escrow. Should our subsequent Discovery Call reveal that our services don’t align perfectly with your needs, this subscription payment is entirely refundable. This approach is a testament to our commitment to nurturing successful, compatible client relationships. Not all prospective clients will qualify.

Understand that a Discovery Call is not the same as a full consultation. From time to time, we reach our maximum capacity for new client projects. When this happens, we implement a waitlist system to effectively manage new client intake. The current status of our client availability - whether we are actively accepting new projects or operating on a waitlist - will be clearly communicated to you after your Discovery Call with us.

If a waitlist is in place, you will have the option to join it. To secure your spot, you need to choose a plan and complete the signup process. While on the waitlist, a single subscription payment is required. This payment reserves your place in the queue and is held in escrow until we initiate your project. Importantly, you won't be billed further until we actually begin working on your project.

This waitlist system is an essential part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standard of service and ensuring that every project receives the focused attention it deserves.

Following our Discovery Call, the next critical step for prospective clients is an in-depth consultation. This stage is vital for us at Affordic to gain an in-depth understanding of your business, including the specific challenges and goals you face. Our objective in this session is to carefully determine how our web solutions can be custom-fit to your unique needs.

More than just focusing on technical aspects, this phase allows us to evaluate the broader context of your project, including your market positioning and potential growth strategies through digital channels. We'll consider elements like your online footprint, user experience needs, digital marketing approaches, and overarching business objectives.

It’s important to note that the decision to move forward post-consultation is contingent on Affordic’s evaluation of our capacity to effectively fulfill your requirements and contribute value to your enterprise. Should we find a strong fit and you opt to subscribe to one of our plans, the consultation fee will be credited back to you. This approach reflects our dedication to building mutually beneficial and strategically sound partnerships.

The development timeline for a new client website typically spans 4 to 8 weeks, though this can vary depending on key factors. The promptness of clients in providing essential information significantly influences the project timeline. Moreover, the complexity and specific features desired for the website also affect the development duration.
